Content is sent to Google Chat at posting (or approval) and appears in the spaces chosen by the poster or moderator. People stay aware of what is available to share without opening another tab.
Engagement runs both directions: react and comment from Chat and it flows back into EveryoneSocial, so program reporting stays complete no matter where the activity happened.
