Approvals on your content, mentions, leaderboard changes, and scheduled posts going out or failing. Each person picks which categories reach Slack.
Click Add to Slack and approve the app for your workspace. If your Slack requires admin approval for new apps, your Slack admin sees the request.
Slack sends you back to EveryoneSocial. Enter your EveryoneSocial workspace address, sign in as an admin, and confirm the connection under Settings › Connected apps. The install waits 30 minutes for this; after that it is removed from Slack and you can start again.
When you publish a post, turn on Send to Slack and choose the channels. Invite the app to a private channel before picking it.
The first time someone presses a button, EveryoneSocial asks them to link their Slack account. After that, buttons act as their EveryoneSocial account.
Already signed in to EveryoneSocial as an admin? You can also start from Settings › Connected apps and click Add to Slack there. When the install finishes, the Slack card shows Connected and a confirmation appears.
EveryoneSocial can suggest comment and post copy using AI. Suggestions can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so every one is shown to you to edit before anything is posted. Admins can turn AI features off for their organization. Slack data is never used to train AI models.
We store your workspace's ID and name and the token Slack issues at install, encrypted at rest. For each person who links their account we store their Slack member ID, display name, avatar and notification preferences. The app does not request access to message history and does not read or store Slack messages.
Read the privacy policy for how we use, retain and delete data, and the IT guide for what your Slack admin will want to know.
