Ann’s session will focus on sales rep and sales manager coaching based on a program they built at ADP that has significantly raised the quality and quantity of front-line sales manager coaching. If rep coaching, through sales managers or sales enablement is on your radar, this session will provide some specific ideas, plays and tools/templates for your coaching programs.
